Refund Policy

Change of mind:

We except cancelations within 24 hours of purchase, please email us to organize this. unfortunately we do have the right to refuse IF: 

*Any stock has already been purchased to complete your order such as garments OR DTF

*IF your item is personalized and has already been completed prior to sending out

*IF your item has already been dispatched.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return unwanted items back to us within 30 days of delivery. 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition the customer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Due to their nature the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective: 

• Custom or personalised items 
• Digital downloads
